Solution

The project manager visited the multiple sites and split the project in to various areas.

A large team of skilled technicians were then assembled by our logistics department and assigned the various areas and timescales for each.

The project manager was onsite for the duration of the project carrying out quality checks on the data collected and resolving any issues.

The paper-based information was then passed back to the administration department and entered in to an electronic form as required by the client.  The client also had the paper-based information sent to them.
