Brief

• Complete move of Telford call centre equipment to various locations.
• Business critical citrix server farms relocation to secure data warehouses.
• Overnight completion of project with servers up and running in new locations by 3am.

Solution

The moves manager worked closely with the client to ensure that the move was completed with no interruption to the call centre operations.  This required very specific and tight timescales to be set and met.  With the servers being relocated from Telford to central London this was a challenging move.

The logistic department ensured that access to the secure data warehouse was arranged and the team had all the required vehicles need for the move.

The move was executed according to the schedule of works and the servers up and running within the time limit set.
