Brief

• Complete relocation of Dublin office.
• To be carried out over 4 days.
• All IT equipment decommissioned and re-commissioned.
• Desk breakdown and surplus to requirements to be disposed of.
• Single floor building to multiple floor building.

Solution

A dedicated project manager was assigned for the duration of the project and completed an extensive schedule of works.  The logistics team organised the transport, workforce, accommodation and move vehicles required for the duration of the project. 

The project had multiple stages and each was completed within the allotted time, even with the inevitable additions to a project of this size.  Once the new office was up and running a break down of all surplus / old furniture was then completed and loaded for environmental disposal.

On the commencement of the first working day at the new office the project manager and technical manager where on site to pick up any move problems and assist with any network problems.
