Moves & Changes

We apply a 3-stage approach to all of our moves and changes projects – Needs Analysis, Planning and Implementation.  This approach has proved highly effective, ensuring successful conclusions to the most demanding relocation projects.

 

Needs Analysis

To ensure we fully understand your requirements we undertake a comprehensive Needs Analysis to capture all aspects of the pending relocation.  Building information, floor plans, equipment and furniture type are just a few details you can expect us to identify prior to any work.

This Needs Analysis forms the basis of the entire project so attention to detail is key.

Planning

The success of any move relies on the continuity of management.  It is for this reason we provide a dedicated Move Manager for the duration of the move.  This manager will be present at all pre and post move meetings and during the move itself.

Our Move Manager will be responsible for:

  • Job costing and budget management.

  • Move schedule and milestones.

  • Internal move communications.

  • Issue management.

  • Quality control.

 

Implementation

Once all information has been captured and the move scheduled agreed we arrange all necessary resources to proceed with the project.  We supply all the paperwork, labels, crates and packaging material as a minimum.

 

By rigorously applying and adhering to the move schedule, we can be sure that the project will begin and end when you want it to.  Any deviation to the schedule will be escalated to the Move Manager and remedial steps taken if necessary to ensure successful completion.
