Remote Support offers you direct access to one of our
experienced Support Engineers when you need them, either by an
e-mail address unique to your company or via a dedicated
telephone support line. The service can be tailored to
suit the hours of your business and even be upgraded to 24hour
critical support if required.
Per Device Support
Per Device Support is a service based on the quantity of
computer equipment you need supporting. There is no
limit on the number of support calls you place each month and
the cost is based purely on the type of device. So if
you have a simple network, with standard equipment, this could
be the choice for you.
On-site

Not
all problems can be resolved via e-mail or over the telephone.
For these instances we can provide you with a Support Engineer
to deal with issues as they arise on a call out basis, or for
a more permanent solution, we can place a dedicated Support
Engineer in your premises on a fixed term contract.
